Drowning standing up

A call to action has a profound effect on each and everyone of us. It's that key decision to do something about the way you perceive a situation. Everyone has something they would like to change about themselves. We make different goals and decide at the beginning of a new year. We decide to set our sights higher this year. Halfway into the year, it begins to seem to us that we are not going to achieve a quarter of the goals we set out to achieve.

Methinks it's time to stop the madness. What is the problem here? Where are we missing it. We do want to get better at goal setting and we don't want to sound defeating but we seem to be drowning standing up and the waves are basically carrying us with them. I can see you nodding you head because you just pictured yourself going through the same situation in your life. The worst part of it is that we end up going through this whole vicious cycle every bloody year. I say it again the madness has to stop.

It's very tiring having to do the same thing and expect different results.  I heard it was known as madness. I think there is more sense in talking to A chair. I might just stop now and go do that for a bit.

My plan is quite simple, i actually do not like self help books a lot. I will get one that makes a lot of sense but they can be boring. The part none tells you is that changing any aspect of your life is handiwork. A bad habit is one of the most difficult things to break. I can write stories about habits i have tried to break without any success.

So i decided a while back to stop the madness. There has to be a better way to live fulfilled. That's the entirety of my premise. Tired of threading water. The beauty of life is that we can actually 'eat, pray, sleep'.

It's time to try something new, time to live life to the fullest. There are a lot of things about myself i would like to change so i am going to just go ahead and do that.

Inside each and everyone of us, we know what the problem areas.

Yes we can.
